Acceptance of Terms and Site Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website located at tralven.info (the "Site"), operated by Tralven, based at ul. Hoza 38, 00-551 Warsaw, Poland. By accessing or using this Site, a visitor agrees to be bound by these Terms in their current version. Where a visitor does not accept these Terms, they should not access or use the Site.
These Terms govern the use of the Site and its informational content. The Site is an editorial and informational resource relating to nutritional food-supplement formulations. No commercial transaction, subscription, or account registration is facilitated through this Site; accordingly, provisions relating to e-commerce, subscriptions, or consumer distance-selling rights do not apply to this Site's operation.
